Asterigos -

Story - Asterigos actually had a pretty interesting story. Most of the time I loved all the side stories and how they could have different outcomes based on your decisions or how you did things. It was a bit annoying when they game gave absolutely no direction and it ended up making the mission go sideways. I wish they didn't pull a dark souls, and have most of the story in the form of documental lore. It made the game feel dragged on, especially if you're a completionist. Gameplay - I loved all of the different play styles you could...

Trek to Yomi -

Story - I need to give it some slack for being an indie game. I was a cool story, but if you wrote it as a book, it would be 20 pages max. It felt extremely short, but it did a great job in the little time they gave you. Which is ironic, because at times it felt like it was dragging on. Because you kept feeling like it was the end, but it wasn't. I did enjoy that they had english VA's. It was getting difficult to enjoy the story when I had to read as well as fight....

Soul Hackers 2 -

Story - The story was okay. I wanted to really like it, and for the most part I did, but at time it felt dragged on, and I actually found myself falling asleep. With my love for the Persona series, I expected to love the world and all the story elements, but for some reason, I found myself skipping a lot of the extra dialog. I couldn't find the characters interesting enough to care. And if you simplify the story, it really is similar to Persona 5. Just compare soul hacking, to stealing someone's heart. Gameplay - I was really...

Gotham Knights -

Story - I liked how they incorporated other villians, but I didn't like that they were made to be side missions, rather than part of the main story. Even though ech one was done like a story mission. The overall story was really cool, but it all felt really short. I also didn't like that, even though there were 4 main characters, it pretended there was only one. Even the whole ending, only showed the one character you used. Which kinda messed up my experience because I used Batgirl for 90% of the game and for the finale I used...

God of War, God of War Ragnarok -

God of War: Ragnarok the next god killing installment in the Santa Monica series. It's brilliant in almost every single way. The story is incredibly compelling from start to finish, Especially if you're a veteran player of the whole series. The character development is amazing. The combat stayed true to the God of War style and remained addictive. The cinematics blended with great music created such an amazing atmosphere only added to the greatness this game is. I found myself playing for 6-10 hours at a time because I was so enthralled. The only thing I was kind of bummed...
